Who is Steph Tolev?
Steph Tolev is a Canadian stand-up and sketch comedian based in Los Angeles, known for absurd, personal comedy. She won Best Female Stand Up at the Canadian Comedy Awards and was selected as one of Variety’s 10 Comics to Watch in 2025. She is a regular at LA’s Comedy Store.

Steph Tolev on television and specials
Steph’s debut hour special Filth Queen, produced by Bill Burr, premiered on Netflix in 2025. She appeared as Barb in season two of Shane Gillis’s Netflix series Tires, and first broke through with a standout set in Bill Burr Presents: Friends Who Kill, alongside Michelle Wolf, Jimmy Carr, Dave Attell and Ronny Chieng. She had a scene-stealing role in Burr’s 2023 Netflix film Old Dads and played herself in Deborah Vance’s roast on Hacks.
